Partition

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a head of cylinders.
	2. Unscrew a branch pipe of cooling liquid.
	3. Remove laying.
4. Unscrew the sensor of cooling liquid and the switch of pressure of oil.
	5. Put details in the separate marked sacks or boxes.

ADR ENGINES

PERFORMANCE ORDER

5. Unscrew the Hall sensor, remove a washer and a sensor plate.
	6. By means of the special tool 3366, stop an automatic regulator of a camshaft.
7. Clean a chain and asterisks.
8. Weaken bolts of covers of bearings of camshafts (see fig. Head of cylinders (ADR)).
9. Unscrew bolts of an automatic regulator of shaft.
10. Remove both shaft together with a regulator and a chain.
11. Take epiploons of camshafts.

ENGINES AAE, ABK, AAD, 1Z, AHU

PERFORMANCE ORDER

12. Weaken nuts of covers of N5,1 bearings and 3, and then N2 and 4 (see fig. Head of cylinders (AAE, ABK, AAD, 1Z, AHU)).

ACE ENGINES

PERFORMANCE ORDER

13. Remove the ignition distributor.

14. Braid nuts of covers of bearings of a shaft of inlet N5 valves and 7, and then N6 and 8. Braid nuts of bearings of a shaft of final N1 valves and 3, and then N2 and 4. Remove all covers (see fig. Head of cylinders (ACE)).

15. Remove shaft together with a chain. Remove an epiploon of a shaft of final valves.

ENGINES AAR, AAN, AAS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

16. Remove the distributor of ignition (AAS).

17. Weaken nuts of covers of N2 bearings and 4, and then N1 and 3 (see fig. Head of cylinders (AAR, AAN), Head of cylinders (AAS)). Remove covers.

ENGINES ABP, AAT, AEL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	18. Braid nuts of covers of N2 bearings and 4, and then covers of N1 and 3.
	19. Remove covers of bearings.
20. Remove camshaft epiploons.
	21. Remove a camshaft.

ALL TYPES OF ENGINES

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	22. Get hydraulic pushers and remember their correct arrangement.
	23. Compress springs of valves the special tool and remove konusny plugs.

24. Remove plates of springs, springs and their saddles. Use the special tool.
	25. Remove epiploons of rods of valves.
	26. Get valves.

Cleaning

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Carefully clean surfaces and head openings. Clean valves and pushers.
