3.1.1.6. Natyazhitel of a gas-distributing belt, asterisk

 Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a gas-distributing belt.

NATYAZHITEL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
2. Turn a pulley of a natyazhitel counter-clockwise and insert the probe into an opening located in its top part. Unscrew a bolt from a nave. Unscrew fixing bolts of a natyazhitel.
3. In engines AAE, ABK, AAD unscrew a bolt and disconnect a natyazhitel from a forward part of the engine, braid a nut and disconnect a pulley of a natyazhitel.
4. In EXPERTS engines unscrew a nut and disconnect a nave in a forward part of the engine.

CAMSHAFT ASTERISK

PERFORMANCE ORDER
5. Stop an asterisk and unscrew a bolt.
6. Get a bolt.
7. Get a segment shponka.

ASTERISK OF THE INTERMEDIATE SHAFT

PERFORMANCE ORDER
8. Unscrew a bolt of an asterisk and remove it.

ASTERISK OF THE CRANKED SHAFT

PERFORMANCE ORDER
9. Unscrew an asterisk bolt, previously having stopped a shaft, and remove an asterisk.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean asterisks and check them on existence of wear and damages.
2. Check a natyazhitel on existence of wear and damages.

Installation

ASTERISK OF THE CRANKED SHAFT

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Put on an asterisk a shaft and tighten a bolt.
2. Establish a gas-distributing belt.

ASTERISK OF THE INTERMEDIATE SHAFT

PERFORMANCE ORDER
3. Insert a shponka into a shaft, put on an asterisk and tighten a bolt.
4. Put on an asterisk a belt.

CAMSHAFT ASTERISK

PERFORMANCE ORDER
5. Insert a shponka, put on an asterisk, a washer and tighten a bolt.
6. Put on an asterisk a belt.

NATYAZHITEL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
7. Establish a natyazhitel.
