Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. In models with a mechanical transmission remove a transmission and coupling. |
| 2. In models with an automatic box remove a transmission. |
|
3. Unscrew flywheel bolts, previously having stopped it. |
| 4. Remove a flywheel. |
|
Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check a flywheel on existence of wear and damages. At detection of those, address to the expert. |
|
2. If you establish a new flywheel, on it there is only a label for N1 piston installation in VMT. It will be necessary for you to put on it a label for installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition (and = 14,6 mm). |
|
3. Examine the needle bearing of a cranked shaft. |
|
Installation
Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Put pressurizing structure on flywheel bolts. |
|
2. Establish a leading disk (and = 27 mm of ± 1 mm). |
|
3. Tighten flywheel bolts. |
|
