Removal

Gas-distributing belt

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.

2. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.

3. Remove a front bumper.

4. Remove both lobbies of a headlight.

5. Disconnect a rope from the lock of a cowl and remove a cross-piece.

6. Unscrew fastenings of a radiator and shift it aside, without disconnecting from it hoses.

7. Remove the radiator fan.

8. Remove an additional driving belt.

9. Remove a natyazhitel of a driving belt.

10. Establish the N1 piston in VMT, remove the top and bottom covers of a gas-distributing belt.

11. Unscrew a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft, previously having stopped a flywheel.

12. Weaken bolts of a natyazhitel of a gas-distributing belt, turn a natyazhitel counter-clockwise to weaken his pressure. Remove a gas-distributing belt.

13. Remove the shock-absorber of a cranked shaft together with a belt.

Check

Examine a belt on existence of pollution by greasing or oil, and also on existence of wear or damages. If necessary replace a belt.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Put on a gas-distributing belt and an asterisk of a cranked shaft. Tighten an asterisk bolt. The arrow specified an adjusting ledge.
2. Combine sinkhronizatsionny labels.
3. Turn a natyazhitel clockwise to pull a belt. A belt will pull correctly if it can be overwound no more than on 90 °. Tighten bolts of a natyazhitel.
4. Establish the remained details.
